Recently, CEO Saad Nazir has announced that it will provide massive assistance to this new vision of Imran Khan.
At the outset of Imran Khan’s campaign, he has advocated for a real estate revolution in Pakistan. As a result of the growing housing needs, the PM has decided to introduce a new Naya Pakistan Housing Initiative that has overtaken all other real estate endeavors by the previous governments. It is a sign of honor that the CEO of Blue World City Saad Nazir has announced that he will be playing a part in this project as well. Naya Pakistan Housing Scheme in Blue World City Islamabad
Imran Khan has recently introduced the Naya Pakistan Housing Project with a vision to uplift the real estate industry of Pakistan. This project is set to provide the low-income citizens of Pakistan with a source of luxury living at affordable rates. This is also the motive of this housing scheme as well, therefore, the Blue World City administration has decided to be a part of Imran Khan’s new Naya Pakistan Housing Project. Furthermore, it is important to know that CEO Saad Nazir is the son of the Ex-deputy commissioner of Lahore. Therefore, this initiative is one of the many successful real estate projects by Saad Nazir that have gained limelight in the Pakistani real estate industry.
CEO Saad Nazir’s Announcement

Imran Khan’s Vision for Real Estate in Pakistan
In the recent COVID 19 crisis, the real estate sector was a go-to industry that saved the overall economy of the country. This sector provides employment to a large number of Pakistani’s, and Imran Khan wanted this sector to progress despite hurdles. Therefore, a large number of Incentives were introduced by the PTI government for the real estate sector.
This allowed Blue World City and Naya Pakistan Housing Project to share similar interests in terms of providing employment opportunities to the people of Pakistan. Furthermore, another aim was to provide the low-income citizens of Pakistan with low-cost luxury housing. With Blue World City Islamabad progressing with time, this dream is now becoming a reality.
Blue World City Homes and Apartments in NPHP
Blue World City and Naya Pakistan Housing Project have also shared another aim, which is to build vertical infrastructures instead of going horizontal. This is something Imran Khan has also pointed in his recent speeches. The housing needs of the country can never be met by building housing schemes on Agriculture land. This is why Blue World City and Naya Pakistan Housing Project aims to provide people with not just homes but apartments as well.
According to Saad Nazir’s announcement, 50,000 apartments are going to be built in Blue World City under the Naya Pakistan Scheme for real estate. This will fulfill the housing needs of over 50,000 families and provide strength and power to the economy of Pakistan.
